And so after Bernie Madoff was convicted of crimes related to his Ponzi scheme his son then committed suicide.
Now the Ponzi scheme that inspired Madoff - the multiplicity of in-house Ponzi schemes - is starting to rise to the surface. Will the people being ripped off (all productive members of society) demand that the criminal politicians (most all of them over the last 100 years, but some are dead and gone) be brought to justice?
Ben Bernanke and Alan Greenspan will probably commit suicide!
